Meet our amazing designer who\u2019s roller skating every single day for a year to raise money for people with dementia.<\/h3>

Laura, a 26-year old graphic designer from Leeds, started roller skating at the end of December 2020 to help spread awareness of dementia and raise vital funds to support people diagnosed with it - having seen the impact of it first hand in her family. She's now teamed up with Tabby Firefly to create a range of charity t-shirts<\/a> that donate money to Alzheimer's Society.<\/p>

The t-shirts and vests are available in both Roller Girl and Roll With It designs, in various colours and styles.<\/p>

As well as raising money through her Just Giving page, Laura is sharing her skating journey on Instagram<\/a>. Laura hopes her 365-day challenge will bring in funds to assist the society transform the lives of everyone affected by dementia.<\/p>

Laura said \u201cI initially started skating daily for my own mental health over lockdown but I decided to continue doing this as a challenge for the full year with something I hold dear to my heart; raising both awareness and money for the incredible Alzheimer's Society. I may not be able to cure Alzheimer\u2019s but I can help fund some money into further research and support for others.\u201d<\/p>
